  • How much is delivery?

  • Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?
    Yes, we do! We can include gift wrapping and a personalised gift message with your order. Just let us know your preferences when you place your order or get in touch with us at customerservice@luckynumber5design.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Our packaging
    We’re committed to being eco-friendly, so we don’t use any single-use plastic in our packaging. Plus, we focus on delivering quality products that won’t break the bank — great value, with care for the planet.
  • Looking after your prints
    To keep your print looking its best for years to come, we recommend the following: Hang your print out of direct sunlight to prevent fading Ensure the room is well ventilated — especially important for bathrooms Gently remove fingerprints and dust using a soft microfibre cloth (avoid liquid cleaners) Keep your print away from extremes of heat (like radiators) and humidity With a little care, your print should last a lifetime!
  • What is the quality of your prints?
    All our prints are made to a high standard using premium materials and professional printing techniques. Prints sized A3 and smaller are produced in-house using a professional Canon 10-ink printer, 270gsm high-quality paper, and fade-resistant pigment inks. This means we can ensure colour accuracy and quality across all our vibrant Lucky Number 5 designs. Prints larger than A3 are produced externally as high-quality Giclée prints, using museum-quality FSC Enhanced Matte Art paper and premium fade-resistant pigment inks. We aim to be as sustainable as possible, using FSC-certified paper and card, and sustainably sourced wood for our frames. Framed prints are individually handmade by specialist picture framers, using high-quality wood with a satin finish and either float glass or glare-resistant acrylic glazing. All of our mounts are 100% acid-free, FSC-certified, and conservation grade, with a snow white finish.
  • Can I change or customise a print?
    Yes, absolutely! We love creating something special just for you. Please refer to the Custom Orders section below for full details on how it works and what options are available. If you have something specific in mind or need help deciding, just get in touch — we're always happy to help.
  • What print sizes are available?
    Our prints range in size from 20x20cm up to A1. We also offer a range of framing options to suit each size. We’ve put together a dedicated Print Sizes & Framing Guide which explains all the available options — please take a look. Do note that not all prints are available in every size, so be sure to check the product listing for the specific sizes offered. If you would like a specific size print which is not listed, or a different style frame, please email us at hello@luckynumber5design.com and we will be glad to assist.​​
  • Does my print need to be mounted?
    Not necessarily – it’s completely down to personal preference. Some prints really benefit from a mount as it helps frame the artwork beautifully, while others look great without one. We use snow white picture mounts that are 100% acid-free, FSC-certified, and of conservation grade. As well as enhancing presentation, a mount also helps protect your print by keeping it slightly distanced from the glazing. All our framed prints – with or without mounts – are delivered ready to hang, either with a sawtooth hanger or fully strung.
  • Are your prints framed or unframed?
    Some of our prints are framed, and some are unframed — it depends on the product. You’ll find this clearly stated on the product page of the item you’re interested in. All framed prints are delivered ready to hang, either with a sawtooth hanger or fully strung. If you’d like to buy an unframed print but would prefer it framed, just get in touch — we’ll be happy to help arrange that for you!
  • How much is delivery?

  • Do you accept returns?
    We hope you’ll be 100% happy with your purchase, but if you need to return something, please visit our Returns section for full details. If you have any questions or need further assistance, just email us at customerservice@luckynumber5design.com — please include your order number and details so we can help you quickly.
  • Do you ship abroad?
    At present, we only offer postage and packaging within the UK. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Mail, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class for faster delivery. If you’d like to arrange shipping outside the UK, please email customerservice@luckynumber5design.com for pricing and more details.
  • How long will my delivery take?
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays with dispatch. Please note that once your order is with the postal service, delays can happen beyond our control. We offer a delivery upgrade at checkout for faster service. If you need an item sooner than the stated times, just email us at customerservice@luckynumber5design.com and we’ll do our best to help. If you’re in the London postcodes W5, W7, or W13, we’re also happy to arrange a hand delivery at a time that suits you.
  • I’m ordering a gift, can you help?
    Absolutely! If you’re buying a print as a gift, just let us know if you’d like us to include a personalised message or special gift wrapping. We’re happy to help make your gift extra special — just get in touch with us at customerservice@luckynumber5design.com with details and we'll do our best to support you.
  • Can I return a personalised, custom or bespoke item?
    No, due to the unique nature of a custom or bespoke design, we cannot accept returns. We will email you a proof of the design for approval, before the item is made for you. When placing a custom order it is really important to double check all details, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer.
  • How do I order a custom print?
    Ordering a custom print is easy! Just get in touch with us via email or through our contact page with your ideas and preferences. We’ll work with you to create a design that’s just right for you, including colours, names, animals, or any other details you’d like to customise.   • Can I change the colours or words on a print I’ve seen?
    Absolutely! We’re happy to customise both the colours and the wording on most of our prints. Whether you want a different colour palette or to personalise the text, just let us know your preferences and we’ll create a unique print just for you.
